4 dates
2 Tbsp water
250g cherries
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp Baobab powder

Blend dates, baobab powder & water until a paste forms. Add cherries and blend, but not completely ground – keep a nice chunky texture.
Once you have the consistency you like, pour the mixture into a jar and add the chia seeds, folding them into the jam until it is well mixed.
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes for it to set.
