6 frozen pears
3 ripe frozen bananas
4 Tbsp Baobab powder
Coconut sugar for decoration
Place Pears and Bananas in the freezer and leave for 6 hours.
Once frozen, add the Pears, Bananas, Baobab & Dates to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a container and place in the fridge for a few hours. Once hard, take it out the freezer & scoop into a bowl. Sprinkle with coconut sugar to give it a delicious caramel crunch flavour, and enjoy!
